Warranty of 5 years will be provided for the Construction Process subject to No damages caused by the client. Warranty starts from the date of Handing over the Project to the Client. Manufacturer Warranty for Products like electrical fittings, CP Sanitary fittings, Motors and Pumps will be Applicable.
Security for Materials and Labour at site will be contractors responsibility. However Client has to obtain permission from the neighbouring site owners for construction of shed.
